Sophie & Grace offer a free exchange service on all products apart from the Diamon T range. A Returns Form is provided with every delivered purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item to Sophie & Grace, simply fill out the form and send it back with your item. We recommend you use recorded delivery for any items sent back in case they go missing in the post.

Guarantee : If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from Sophie & Grace please return it to us within 14 days. All items must be returned "as sold". Unworn, in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached. Sale items can only be exchanged for alternatives sizes or credit notes. Personalised items are not refundable unless faulty. Stockings are not returnable. We regret that your carriage is not refundable.

Faulty Goods : We try to ensure that all goods supplied from Sophie & Grace are of the highest quality. However if your item is fault, please fill in the provided form and return along with the faulty item. You will be requested to state the nature of the fault and whether you would like either exchange or refund.
